The Eyes of Faith Vision Plan is a membership-based vision plan designed to help you save on eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, and more. With every membership, we also provide eye exams to underserved communities through our “Get an Exam, Give an Exam” program.

Membership is just $114.95 per year. That’s less than $10 per month (when paid annually) for access to vision benefits and discounts that often pay for themselves in your first visit.

Simply download your eye exam voucher, schedule an exam with your provider of choice, and upload your paid receipt along with the voucher to your account. You’ll receive your reimbursement check within 15 business days.

Yes! The Eyes of Faith Vision Plan is an open network. You can see any licensed eye doctor in the U.S.

For every eye exam voucher reimbursed by the Eyes of Faith Vision Plan, we fund $5 for an eye exam for someone in need at Eyes of Hope Vision Centre, our partner clinic in Ghana, West Africa. (Yes, an exam only costs $5 to administer in Ghana!)    

No, the Eyes of Faith Vision Plan is not insurance. It’s a membership savings plan that helps with routine eye exams, glasses, and contacts. Medical eye care should be billed through your medical insurance.

Each frame listing includes measurements (lens width, bridge size, temple length). You can also compare these numbers to your current glasses (usually printed inside the temple).

Yes! You can upload your prescription at checkout or email it to us after your order. Our U.S.-based optical lab will craft lenses to your exact needs.

We offer single vision, progressive (no-line bifocals), and specialty lenses with anti-reflective, and options for blue light protection, Transitions®, and polarized sun lenses.

No worries—we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. If your glasses don’t feel right, we’ll work with you until they do.

Most single vision orders ship within 7–10 business days. Progressives and specialty lenses may take up to 14 business days.

Yes, you can purchase contact lenses at discounted prices through our online partner. You will receive a link to our online contact lens store and a promo code once you complete the membership sign-up process.

Your PD is often included on your prescription. If not, we’ll guide you through an easy self-measurement process or provide a tool to help.

Yes. Prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses are eligible expenses under most HSA and FSA plans.
