Members receive an $85 annual eye exam benefit they can use with any licensed provider, and we actively encourage them to establish care with a trusted local practice like yours.
Unlike traditional vision plans, there are no rigid pricing structures—we simply ask participating providers to honor member pricing so patients receive their benefit while your practice retains the relationship and the sale.
