Many individuals and families—especially among the estimated 1.7 million people in the Christian health sharing community—don’t have access to a vision plan.
The Eyes of Faith Vision Plan was developed through a partnership with optical industry professionals to complement, not compete with, your practice.
Our simple, subscription-based membership helps more people access affordable eye care through any licensed provider they choose. We encourage these members to visit your office for their eye exams, and we’ll reimburse them up to $55 for the cost of their exam.
This program is about more than savings—it’s about impact. Without an eye exam, there can be no vision correction, which is why every time a Vision Plan member receives an exam, we provide one to someone in need at the Eyes of Hope Vision Centre in Ghana.
Since opening in October 2023, Eyes of Hope has already made a powerful impact—but the need remains great. Each membership helps extend essential, life-changing vision care even further.

If an Eyes of Faith Vision Plan member chooses to purchase Eyes of Faith eyewear through your practice, we’ll fully support you in honoring their eligible discount—so the member receives their benefit and your practice retains the sale. We’ll provide simple verification tools and clear instructions to make the process seamless for your team, ensuring you remain at the center of the patient relationship.
Any licensed provider can see Vision Plan members, but we invite you to join the Eyes of Faith network—working together to help more people experience the hope and vision behind Eyes of Faith.
